If trying to preserve balance in your life makes you seem like a tightrope walker, you’re not alone. Most of us have a lot of demands on our time and energy; life can feel like a mad house sometimes. Take this quiz to see how well you are fulfilling your responsibilities, while likewise recognizing and satisfying personal needs and wants.

[   ] 16. I’m pleased. I regularly experience good health, contentment, even happiness.
